WMW Modul

Machine Tool Builders, Inc. in no way represents or sells new FFG- Modul Machinery or Products. We do however service, repair, resell, rebuild and re-control used machines or customer owned equipment.

The story we have been told about WMW Modul is that is that it originated at the close of WWII with the former Pfauter company being captured in East Germany as a result of the erection of the Berlin Wall. Pfauter as result had to restart in the West after this tragic event in history. Pfauter rose like a Phoenix from the ashes of this takeover while WMW Modul continued developments under the control of the east German Government.

Modul is still in existence today, now part of the FFG group of companies. They continue to provide new state of the art gear manufacturing machinery for sale worldwide. However support for the former East German machines is virtually non-existent, except through organizations like MTB who still maintains some level of knowledge, support and parts for these older machines.
