Pfauter Kapp PE1000G In Field Recontrol with Fanuc 0iM

MTB this designed Re-control Package for Seamless Transition of work at an Aerospace Company.

Two Pfauter-Kapp PE1000G Grinders were re-controlled simultaneously to ensure uptime and productivity. Training was seamless with existing production and multiple shifts.

Requirements:

• Four (4) axes and one spindle.
• Converted the old AB8200 Para-macro cycles to Fanuc format for purposes of retaining previous aerospace certification of process.
• Classroom and hands-on training with assessment of multi-people personnel from various skill levels.
• Upgraded hydraulic,coolant and refrigeration systems.
