Fellows Pfauter P630 In staging for CNC conversion in 2024
This machine is slated to be rebuilt and simultaneously converted to a CNC machine using a Fanuc 0iM-F Plus CNC and Fanuc Alpha series HVi servo drives and spindle controls. As part of the rebuild the guideways will be addressed, lead screws exchanged for new ballscrews. All worn or damaged parts will be repaired or replaced as required. All electrical systems and wiring will be replaced. All Hydraulic and lubrication systems will be inspected and verified as fully operational. All worn, poorly performing or leaky components will be replaced.
SCOPE OF WORK
* This machine is being Partially rebuilt.
* All lead screws replaced with ball screws.
* All ways checked for Straightness and stoned to remove high spots.
* Worktable bearing surface checked and adjusted.
* All new Hydraulics and Lubrication Systems.
* All new machine wiring
* All new electrical cabinet with all new equipment inside.
* New feedback systems and wiring.
* Fanuc 0iMF CNC
* Fanuc Alpha HVi series drives and motors.
* Machine and guarding completely painted.
* All seals on hob head replaced.
* All tapered bearings checked and adjusted.
* Conversational Programming.
