<p>Solid welded machine base, stress-free annealed and dimensioned according to finite element calculation.</p> <p>Mounting plate in work zone to mount the profiling unit with outlet for dust and swarf plus a connection for an industrial vacuum system.</p> <p>Traversing slide has preloaded linear guide ways and ball screw is installed in a sealed dust-free housing.</p> <p>Rotation axis with precision ball bearings and lifetime lubrication. </p> <p>The workspace the spindle is protected by a rubber bellow cover and rubber gasket which is durable and maintenance-free.</p> <p>The top of the machine is completely enclosed by a hinged door with a large window including security circuit (CE) and integrated illuminating system for profiling. </p> <p>User friendly operator panel with high resolution color touch screen. </p> <p>Control system with absolute measuring system, dialogue based user interface with program suggestions for processing different threaded wheels and profile wheels. </p> <p>Mechanical and electrical prepared for use of different profiling units.</p><p></p><p></p>
