Retrofit CNC gear measuring center SP4200
The MAAG CNC gear measuring centers modernized by us are equipped with the latest CNC Siemens system for X, Y, Z, T and C axes. The entire control cabinet with all electronic components and wiring has been replaced. All motor power and feedback cabling has been replaced. All glass scales for X, Y, Z and T with the encoder C-axis have been replaced with Heidenhain measuring systems. The original measuring probe is replaced with the high-precision standard SP80H probe from Renishaw.
Thanks to the measuring system sealing air, work shop operation is possible.The high-performance measuring CPU and evaluation software was developed in-house by DPAG.
This new system on the proven and robust MAAG base machines offers high accuracy and repeatability as well as outstanding reliability for many years. The use of standard components such as Siemens, Heidenhain and Renishaw simplifies maintenance. The retrofit also significantly reduces the company's carbon foot print.
