At the core of the H90 is a powerful, compact hobbing solution with integrated automation, offering support for both puck- and shaft-style gears. It’s optimized for DRY & WET processing, built on a rigid, modular frame using proven componentry (from the Vertical SH Series platforms) for high-uptime and simplified maintenance.
With 100 mm of maximum workpiece diameter (with automation), the H90 is ideal for job shops and high-throughput environments alike. For manually loaded operations, it offers a generous 125 mm OD capacity, making it an excellent fit for precision manufacturers seeking a small footprint with big performance.
