DESCRIPTION
The N80L Long Bed gear hobbing machine incorporates state of the art technology with (7) CNC axes, direct drive work- and cutter spindle, 15 KW power for the high speed cutter spindle for cutting gears up to Module 3, reliable Fanuc Series 31i CNC controls and drive system with user friendly conversational data input, heavy duty construction, high accuracy, ideal for dry cutting, wet machining is available, with various loading systems as well as skive hobbing of hardened Gears.FEATURES
- Can handle workpieces up to 350 mm in length
- Easy to change hobs due to the hydraulically clamped hob arbor and end support
- Tailstock is servo-controlled tor easier setup for hobbing
- High speed hobbing by dry cutting
- Dry/Wet hobbing of hardened materials
- Capable of skive hobbing (optional)
