Hofler Helix 400 Form Gear Grinding Machine

We recently acquired this 400mm Hofler Helix Form Grinding Machine from a local customer in a dual machine deal. This was an operational grinder when it was dismantled for shipment, however we were told it has some stock dividing issues. The root culprit in this complaint is still unknown and some further investigating is required to understand the full situation. At the present time we do not have sufficient resources available to delve deeply into this machine for an internal project, since we have other active projects with defined deliveries that require attention before we can spend time analyzing this machines complaints. However, if we have a sincerely interested customer we would quickly divert resources to the investigation and correction of the issues. The machine has its original BWO 900 PC HMI Control and Indramat servos, and to improve the machines support-ability MTB can also offer this machine with a new Fanuc CNC + Fanuc digital drives and motors, with new Heidenhain feedback systems  and an all new control panel with all new equipment inside with our well proven MTB Gear Grinding Software solution.
