The RGC process can be used to produce defined, reproducible chamfers on the tooth face edges, even on workpieces with interfering contours, such as multiple gears and/or shaft shoulders/offsets, etc. The chamfering process takes place in continuous operation at high cutting speeds in an environmentally friendly and economical dry cut. This enables you to achieve short cycle times and maximum efficiency with with minimal installation space and maximum working space at the same time. In addition to spur gears, the extremely flexible RGC350 can also be used to machine components with splines, sprockets, bevel gears, worm gears and much more!
